Summer Updates

Hi and welcome back to The Dollhouse. Wow.  I haven't posted anything since Springtime during stormy weather.  Here I am in Summer writing another post during a storm.  It's been pouring rain with some occasional lightning and thunder for the past week.  It seems more like October instead of July.  There have been so many changes since the start of Spring.  A lot of dolls have moved to new homes during our big Spring garage sale.  Mostly the 111/2" dolls including Barbie and Monster High.  A few Ever After dolls have moved in.  McKenna Brooks arrived this Summer and has settled right in.  Rebecca Rubin will soon be looking for a new home along with more dolls from the 11 1/2 " village.  A pair of Bitty Twins has come from grandmas house to live here.  So many dolls in and out-it's hard to keep track of everyone.

I had these three pictures left on my camera since the last photo shoot.  The BFCs have a bunch of handmade clothes to model.  Gianna and Yuko were modeling the sleepwear.  Gianna is no longer with us.  She has moved on to new adventures.  Aliesha is the newest BFC resident.

Spring post that never actually posted

Lots of things happen in Spring.  Sports, babies being born, Easter, and lots of rain.  I never got to post my BFC Ink. photo shoot pictures because they were deleted.  I'm guessing Patience did it.  I'm hoping the BFC girls do another photo shoot during the Summer so I can post those pics.

So what has been going on at our Doll house?  Well, Zoey Chloe insists that she looks exactly like Isabelle Palmer.  She even ordered her very own Isabelle Meet Outfit and is waiting for its arrival.  Zoey also has a new flat ironed hairstyle to match Izzy's.

Beautiful Caroline is looking lovely as always.  Those curls are really high maintenance.  Her handmade outfit goes well with her new glittery sneakers form Target

We got a bunch of new items for Spring from Etsy and Zulily.  Two new shopping sites for us.  The lemonade set came from Sophia's Heritage Collection on Zulily and our dining table came from ADM Woodcrafts on Etsy.  Sophie is wearing her new swimsuit from American Girl.

Rebecca Rubin has joined gymnastics.  She is really enjoying it.

Rebecca has been getting some much needed attention lately.  Besides starting gymnastics, Rebecca also got her ears pierced.

Soccer season is here again.  Marisol has joined the soccer team.  She is still learning the fundamentals of the sport.

Zoey Chloe is not only looking like Isabelle lately, she has also created a sewing room too.  The historical girls have been teaching Zoey how to sew.

The sewing machine, table, and chair came from Dcwp (Don's Custom Wood products).  We used scrapbooking paper for the mermaid designs.  The sewing machine isn't finished painting ye.

We also have some exciting news.  McKenna Brooks has been invited to come live with us.  She is on her way from Colorado and should arrive within the next couple weeks.  Everyone here are huge gymnastic fans and having McKenna here during the Summer will be so much fun!  Josefina and Kanani are on vacation and will return in the Fall.
