The Dolls

 



Dana- Administrator of this blog.  I am interested in meeting new dolls and visiting new places.  I am a Journey Girl after all.  I started this blog to document all the dolls I will come across in my new home environment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kyla-My first friend in the house.  She is an artist and is an insightful person,  She has the softest, silkiest, wavy hair that she likes to keep in unbrushed, funky hairsyles.  Her sister is Kanani.  Kyla lives in the lavender room, but has stayed with me in the living room since I've arrived.  I like to talk and she likes to listen.  We make a pretty good pair.

 


                                                                                                   

Kanani-Younger sister to Kyla and owner of Kanani's Global Fusion Cuisine.  She loves to surf, body board, paddle board, and snorkel.  All those water activities really work up an appetite.  Which inspired her to open up the first restaurant in the house.  Aside from Rapunzel, Kanani has the longest hair in the house, which is maintained by the mom of the house.  Kanani supposedly lives in the master bedroom, but frequently hangs out in the lavender room and rarely makes it back to the master.

 

 

Baby Lisa-She is the youngest, but has lived in this house longer than most of the other dolls.  She doesn't talk and crawls around the house.  During the Summer, she loves to swim outside in the kiddie pool and sneaks in the beach bag on trips to the beach.

    

Kit Kittredge- Our in house journalist who is always on top of the latest news.  Kit is very versatile.  She loves the outdoors, but also likes to work on crafts with the other girls, and curl up with a good book.  She came from Craigslist and is a treasure to have in our household.

 

Zoey Chloe- A Christmas gift from Papa and Grandma.  She is a doll who loves to have fun.  Going to the playground, the park, shopping, dressing up, getting makeovers are just some of the things she likes to do.  She has also started gymnastics and really enjoys it.





Saige Copeland- She is an artist who loves horses.  She can be found horseback riding with her best friend Josefina.  Saige loves being outdoors, it relaxes and inspires her.
Saige moved in this past Christmas.  The girls waited an entire year for her.

   Caroline Abbott- She is shy, but once you get to know her, Caroline is sweet and a caring friend.  Her hobbies include sewing and ballet.  





Rebecca Rubin- She came from Ebay and traveled on a barge to get here.  After a long journey, she moved from the green room into the master, back to the green, and now is living in the lavender room.  She hasn't made any real connections with anyone.  She is quiet and is somewhat of a loner for now.  She sometimes hangs out with the Disney Princesses. 

 Kaya- Found on Ebay.  She is very sweet and soft spoken.  Kaya loves animals.  She also has a competitive spirit and likes to challenge her best friend Marisol in whatever type of game she makes up.

 China Girl-She mostly sits on a high shelf, but once in a while China will come down and throw a tea party.  She has a new best friend, Rapunzel, who keeps her company.

Singing Rapunzel- Quite an interesting character.  No matter how often she gets given away, Rapunzel keeps returning in a different form.  There has been numerous versions of her that has come through the house since her movie debut.  She is quite determined to stay.  Singing Rapunzel just came home from a garage sale with Grandma.  She has made friends with China Girl and it looks like Singing Rapunzel is here to stay.  Finally, a Rapunzel that is just right for our family.

Julie Albright- She came home right after New Years.  Thanks to Papa, Ivy Ling and Julie are no longer separated.  The two best friends happily live in the green room.  Julie loves to dress up, but don't let those pretty dresses fool you.  She is quite a tomboy.  She likes climbing trees and riding her bike.  Julie also likes to snuggle up for storytime.

  

Ivy Ling- A wonderful addition to our doll family.  She loves to have fun.  Board games, puzzles, playing outside, coloring are some of her favorite activities.  Ivy also runs a Chinese Restaurant "The Happy Panda" in the green room.  It's an option for the dolls who can't travel to Kanani's Global Fusion in the lavender room.












Marisol Luna- An amazing find on Craigslist.  She arrived in pristine condition.  Everyone in the house was super excited and all the rooms wanted her for their own.  The green room got to claim her.  Marisol also brought her cat Rascal.  Rascal is constantly seen running throughout the house.  Her best friend is Kaya but she can also be seen hanging out with Tipi, a Hearts 4 Hearts gir

 

Alice a.k.a. Patience Wilde- A little girl full of energy and curiosity.  She has roaming eyes and is always thinking of new things to do.
