Greetings from Dana's Doll Blog! The beautiful Lea Clark has joined our doll family here at The Dollhouse. After Grace, we weren't sure how the next GOTY would even compare. Grace was unique and we really enjoyed getting into the French theme by redecorating and also learning how to bake French deserts, especially macarons. Lea's leaked photos were not that impressive compared to Grace. If you felt the same way and were wondering if you should add Lea to your doll family as well, here are a few reasons to consider it. Lea is such a beauty. Her skin tone contrasts well with her long highlighted layered hair. Lea's feathered eyebrows give her a more realistic look. She is the first doll to not have neck strings. I'm wondering if this is a trial run or if AG is going to start replacing everyone's neck strings with zip ties.
Lea's books are so interesting. There is humor and excitement throughout the chapters. While reading her stories, we have googled and You Tubed the locations and sites that Lea was at. We are learning so much about Brazil that we wouldn't have, if not for Lea's books. We can't wait for the third book in the series and the movie.
We have decided to blog a "Year of Lea Clark" because we love her that much. There is also a junior photographer (just like Lea) who will be taking the majority of the photos.
